I’m glad you’re here.

It is my joy and honor to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, I welcome in-person sessions at my office in Newport Beach, CA, as well as virtual sessions to residents of California.

I believe that therapy, like everything else, is relational.

I practice from an attachment and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) lens to help me understand my client’s story’s holistically and to empower my clients to express and regulate their emotions in a healthy way.

By creating a safe and supportive environment, I will assist you in exploring your feelings, building stronger emotional connections, and develop effective coping skills.

Fees

$165 for Individual Sessions

$175 for Children, Teens & Family Therapy

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate which will be provided at the start of treatment.

I do offer sliding scale fees, however currently all of my sliding scale spots are full. If you are interested in services but need them at a discounted rate due to financial hardships, please still reach out! I’m happy to add you to my waitlist for a sliding scale spot, or I can give you a trusted referral.
